My very own Ice cream, created for the Welsh Whisk shed. Available from today 🥳🍦🍨

We’re starting off with some seriously good flavours. And yes, ice cream with Welsh Whisk brownie and sauces is on the way 🏃‍♂️💨 The upgraded shed with the freezer was only possible because of the support from everyone that’s visited. So thank you so much. Here’s to plenty more things that I can alliterate 😂

This time last year I was filming a competition show…
and got sent home because the judges weren’t quite sure where my baking business was going 🤷‍♂️

Anyway — here’s my first ever candle range 🕯🤣

Welsh Whisk Honesty Shed / Sied Gonestrwydd 🧁

Ultimately, a cake shed.
But on a deeper level… a small space filled with some of the best products Wales has to offer 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿✨
This could be a long post, but that would take away from the simplicity of it all.
And just to be clear — this is not a shed for sharing your deepest confessions (as my nephew thought 😅).
Although… it is covered by CCTV, so I’d hear it all 👀

Opening tomorrow from 8am ✨
Open Mon-Sat, 8:30–5pm

To celebrate, I’ve teamed up with my lovely wholesale customers (and MWS) to give away £50 in vouchers 🎁

Twelve months. A photo or two for each 📸. So much to be thankful for! And although I run Welsh Whisk on my own, I’ve had endless help here, there, and everywhere.

Each photo represents the hard work, the early mornings and late nights that keeps Welsh Whisk as exciting as I possibly can.

Thank you to everyone who ordered, recommended, supported, helped behind the scenes, or simply showed up for me.
Thank you to every client, supporter, supplier, and friend who trusted me.

When you leave your safe-public sector job to run a business, there’s a certain worry always in you. I will always LOVE being a teacher, but I love food and always wanted to run something food-related. So for now, cheers to WW.

I will never let the teaching world and stories go, ever! But WW is having it’s time to shine.

Pleser yw cael bod yn Rhifyn Tachwedd Cip - eu rhifyn olaf o 2025, ac mae’n un Nadoligaidd dros ben! Rysáit syml ond blasus i wneud cacennau bach Nadoligaidd.

Nes i gyfarfod Heulwen o Llais Cymru ar ddechrau’r flwyddyn ar Busnes Bwyd. Nol yn fis Gorffennaf, ges i gynnig ganddi i ysgrifennu rysáit ar gyfer y rhifyn Nadolig. Anodd oedd meddwl am fynd ati i goginio rhywbeth Nadoligaidd gyda ffasiwn wres 🤣 Ond, pan oeddwn i’n dysgu yn Ysgol O.M.Edwards, roedd darllen Cip yn beth mawr! Felly mae’n braf cael bod yn rhan ohono fo. Ame bod y disgyblion oeddwn i’n dysgu adeg yno ar fin dysgu dreifio 🥴👴🏻

Fues i’n sôn wythnos yma am wneud pethau sydd o bosib allan o’ch comfort zone, ond wrth wneud hynny, mae weithiau’n dod a llwyth o gyfleoedd newydd. Felly be dwi’n ddeud ydy, mae’n werth neud woli o’ch hun ar y teli weithie. 😂
