A lovely journalist joined a sushi class.. and this is what she said. Such kind words from Katherine who got into the spirit of the morning by making a huge platter of sushi to enjoy with all the other guests. At the end of the class there was some platter competition, as well as a glass of fizz in the sunshine surrounded by spring flowers. Next sushi class is online, book yourself a treat!

Another of our teens classes complete! This time a class of all boys cooking up a firm teen favourite of a fluffy English muffin smothered in cheese and piled high with a crispy fried egg and caramelised sausage patty. The Kitchen Confident Brunch (mc) muffin. After lunch we made Choux pastry and some classic chocolate eclairs to take home. With thanks to expert teaching chef Clare.
