Today is World Bee Day, and what better way to celebrate than to share some good news!

We are glad to announce that we’ve sponsored an Isle of Wight Beehive. Isle of Wight bee farmer, Christine McClellan, who is also responsible for the delicious honey that goes into our Mermaid Spiced Rum, has many hives across the Island that are available for sponsorship.

Pollinators are vital to our well-being, and honeybees are a crucial species in the pollination cycle; therefore, the sponsorship of a honeybee hive supports and provides a positive impact on the environment.

Fresh bergamots and lemons have arrived, ready to be hand-zested and then distilled into our Mermaid Zest Gin.

Hand-picked from the walled garden of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's former island home, these citrus fruits, when combined with grapefruit, rosemary, and cascade hops, give a zesty, fresh spirit with a hint of sea air.

Did you know the lemons and bergamots distilled in our Mermaid Zest Gin are hand-picked from the walled garden of Osborne House, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's previous Island home.

These citrus fruits are distilled alongside coastal rock samphire and herbaceous rosemary. The result? A zesty, fresh spirit with a hint of sea air.

Perfectly served in an ice-filled glass with a Mediterranean tonic and garnished with a lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary.

Own a part of maritime history with our HMS Victory Oak Aged Gin crafted in partnership with National Museum of the Royal Navy.

Released in four limited batches of only 251 bottles, each batch has been aged in an oak cask, custom-made for us by England's only master cooper. Each barrel includes oak stave from the Victory herself, for an infusion of the ships character into the gin.
