Our beautiful Hinxton Hall Conference Centre facilities include a 290-seat auditorium with space for 5 wheelchairs, 9 meeting rooms for groups of 12-130, on-site accommodation and catering.

🥳 We’re excited to share that we’ve been shortlisted for a Meetings Industry Association List Award in the ESG category – Environmental, Social and Governance!

This recognises the work we’re doing to make Hinxton Hall a more sustainable, responsible and thoughtful place to meet.

We pride ourselves on making better choices every day - from carbon-labelled menus and local, seasonal food, to reducing food waste, composting coffee grounds and using biodiesel made from waste cooking oil.

It’s also about people - creating an inclusive and accessible experience, supporting our team, working responsibly with suppliers and making sure our beautiful surroundings are protected for the future.

We’re thrilled to be shortlisted and incredibly proud of the team behind the progress. 💚

Earlier this month, we welcomed the Forward Institute for a residential as part of their 15-month Forward Fellowship leadership programme.

It was wonderful to see leaders making the most of our peaceful setting to pause, reflect and connect with one another away from the usual pace of work. We're always proud to provide a space where these kinds of conversations can happen.

We were so lucky to host the inaugural NHS Fertility Centre Conference on 23rd June 2026 at the beautiful Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, set within the incredible Wellcome Genome Campus.

Home to some of the world’s leading research institutes and organisations, it provided the perfect backdrop for a day of learning, collaboration, and innovation 🧬

Delegates were even treated to an impressive short tour of the campus to kick-start the day.

And we certainly can’t forget the delicious food enjoyed during the refreshment and lunch breaks… a big hit all round! 🍽️
