Tiramisu Chia Pudding | Pwdin Chia Tiramisu 🥄

- 10g Chia Seeds / Hadau Chia
- Black Coffee / Coffi Du
- 100ml Natural Kefir / Kefir Naturiol
- 30g Vanilla Protein / Protein Fanila (optional/opsiynol)
- Cocoa Powder / Powdr Coco
- 2tsp Vanilla Kefir / Kefir Fanila

1. Add the Chia Seeds into a container and pour over the coffee before stirring. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
2. Add in the Natural Kefir and protein powder if using, mix well.
3. Place in the fridge for 2 hrs or overnight.
4. Add a layer of Kefir Vanilla Yogurt on top.
5. Add a light dusting of cocoa powder

1. Ychwanegwch yr hadau chia i mewn i gynhwysydd ac arllwyswch y coffi drostynt cyn eu troi. Rhowch yn yr oergell am 10 munud.
2. Ychwanegwch y kefir naturiol a’r powdr protein os ydych yn ei ddefnyddio, a chymysgwch yn dda.
3. Rhowch yn yr oergell am 2 awr neu dros nos.
4. Ychwanegwch haen o iogwrt kefir fanila ar y top.
5. Ychwanegwch ychydig o bowdr coco ar ei ben.
