Hester was an avid gardener and particularly loved her greenhouse and fruit trees, she lovingly cared for them for 30 years until she passed away. We decided that we didn't want her hard work to go to waste and have been making products for others to enjoy. We are currently selling apple jam, apple sauce, spiced apple jam, and pear, honey and sage jam.
