Sow Kernow's first farmer's market was great fun! Met lots of lovely people & sold some great, freshly cut microgreens alongside, a first for me, selling living pots which went down a treat! Looking forward to next month already! Thanks to everyone who made a purchase and to all the stall holders who made me feel very welcome!

Added bonus ! When I got home the seed tray fairys had been and washed all my trays and put them out to dry in the sunshine! What a great day!

Another busy harvest day and another full fridge ready for deliveries tomorrow. Alongside my eatery customers Sow Kernow Microgreens are now available and Penhaligon's in Lostwithiel 🌱😋🌱😋

Busy morning! Usual crop checks and watering carried out but also new grows underway in preparation for my first farmers market! Micro leeks living pots and pea shoots on the way, living peas, living radish, pea shoot punnets and of course Sow Kernow's signature salad mixes will also be available.
