n nick named the butcher of the borders. In the 4 years of business they have lifted numerous awards for Drambuie Haggis, numerous burgers, pate a Scottish award for Lamb hotpot. Awards for stuffed peppers flavoured sausages, scotch pie, 2 steak pie awards and 2 bridie awards and many more including cold meats. It is official that we have the best beefburger and Beef sausages in the whole of Scotland and the best pork sausages for the south east of Scotland. We also have the best black pudding in the borders. We are th eonly butcherin Scotland to have held both Scottish titles for champion beef and pork sausage at the same time. Our beef, lamb and pork are locally sourced by Craig every Monday from the local auction mart at Newtown St.Boswells. Craig visits the border farms to search for good beef. At christmas we are also the border stockist for the scottish free range Kelly Bronze Turkeys.
