To Start
Our traditional Egyptian-style Goulash – layers of crisp, golden pastry filled with a delicious savoury filling and baked to perfection. Flaky, buttery, and irresistibly moreish. A vegetarian option is also available.

For Your Main
Tender, perfectly seasoned Kofta Meatballs gently simmered in a rich tomato sauce, served alongside fragrant Egyptian vermicelli rice. A true Egyptian favourite that’s hearty, comforting, and packed with flavour. Vegetarian alternatives are available too, so everyone can enjoy the experience.

To Finish
Indulge in Basbousa, Egypt’s beloved semolina cake. Sweet, soft, and delicately soaked in syrup, served with a dollop of cream and finished with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios for the perfect balance of texture and flavour.

Good morning st just! What a miserable day! (I do secretly absolutely love this classic June st just weather though…)

Today we will be running our normal menu with addition to our Dahl and Hawawshi!

From Wednesday we will FINALLY be introducing the next items on our menu…

-Gollash (pronounced Gollesh!) a filo pastry meat pie served with a rich tomato sauce and roasted baby potatoes cooked in an Egyptian spice mix

-Kofta sausage rolls

-falafel wrap with a garlic tzatziki dip

-daily fresh focaccia with olive oil and balsamic

We are open today 9am - 1pm, serving food today!!! The kitchen will be open from 10 until 12:30 with all of your favourite sandwiches and dahl bowls💖

Pictured here is MOST of our amazing team here at the CK, we had a lovely celebration for Sephie last night (massive thank you to everyone that came), and also discovered that Abi Small is super good at charades!!!!

The sun is out, St Just has power again, and we have plenty of treats for you all!!! What more could you want?!?

Hello! Carrying on from this power cut, we will be closed early today from 1:30! Hopefully it’ll be sorted soon but it’s looking like the power will be back after we close (quite hard to be open as a coffee shop when we can’t sell coffee 🤣🤣🤣)

We are currently experiencing a power cut !! It should be back on soon (according the national grid) but please bare with us! We will still be able to sell pastries, cakes, some sandwiches and Hawawshi along with cold drinks but just not hot drinks of Dahl/bacon right now!

Good morning☺️We are open today from 7:30💖 You guys sold us out of Cinnamon Buns yesterday!!!! Thank you!!!! We will have them back next week… however…. we will still be selling our yummy homemade Tahini Swirls with a homemade cream cheese tahini frosting for the same price👀

We also have our Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Muffins, and our Carrot Crunch Muffins on the counter along with other sweet treats💖

Hawawshi & Dahl Bowls to be served from 10am as normal today🍲

Last orders for food today will be 2:30pm, and depending on business we will be doing last drink orders around 3/3:30pm, as we are having a little birthday celebration this evening for Sephie💖

Today is Sephie’s birthday!!! She is having a well deserved weekend off, but for today we will have a Hawawshi, Tahini Swirl & Hibiscus soft drink deal for £10💞 (This will be from around 11 as I need to make some frosting!!)

We will be serving our delicious and warming Dahl Bowls again today for £13, I think most of us need it in this weather!!

Cakes and Bakes from the counter will be served as usual💖
