🎉 A busy and very special week for Little Dutch Bites! 🎉

This week we’re celebrating our 5th birthday 🥳❤️, so you’ll find me on Station Square Wednesday morning and Friday afternoon — with all drinks just £1 with any portion of Poffertjes purchased on Friday as a little birthday thank you! 🥞☕️

Then this weekend the Poff trailer is having a rest while Raymon and I swap Poffertjes for press-ups 😅💪 and take on the Absolute Storm Fitness 24-hour Bootcamp Challenge in Priory Park, raising money for three amazing charities.

What a fantastic day we’ve had at Little Gransden Airshow today! ✈️🧡

We were absolutely blown away… quite literally! 😂💨 by the Typhoon fighter jet flying overhead — WOW, what an incredible machine! 🤯✈️ And there were so many other amazing aircraft and displays throughout the day.

Such a brilliant local airshow and yet another wonderfully organised event. A huge thank you to everyone involved in putting it together, and of course to everyone who stopped by Little Dutch Bites for their Poff and coffee fix! 🥞☕️🇳🇱

But there’s no rest for Mumma Poff… because tomorrow we’re BACK at Party on Potton! 🎉

🏃‍♀️⚽️ MONDAY = SPORTS DAY! ⚽️🏃‍♂️
There’s loads going on at Henry Smith Playing Fields — sports clubs, the 5k-ish run, dog walk, golf simulator, bike trials, climbing wall, live music, food court and plenty more.

And naturally, I’ll be there with the Mini Poffs (aka the kids), serving Poffertjes, coffees, chais and other hot, iced & cold drinks to keep you fuelled! 🥞☕️

Then next week it’s back to Station Square on Wednesday & Friday — weather permitting ☀️🤞 — and Friday is a little bit special because IT’S OUR BIRTHDAY! 🎂🎉🥳

This Week’s Little Dutch Bites Adventures 🇳🇱🥞☕️

Well… this week is looking a little different! 😜

What a crazy week it’s been — both personally and professionally! 🤪

I was very lucky to be asked to cater for an international business last week as they celebrated a fantastic company-wide achievement. 🎉

And here’s the fun part… the company in question was Alpro — which just happens to be the milk alternative I use in both my regular and gluten-free poffertjes batter! Talk about keeping it in the family! 😂🥞

I’m very pleased to say that Little Dutch Bites was a big hit and was so well received. 🥰

A huge thank you to Alpro for having me, and to Simon from Tess Electrical Mechanical Ltd for organising everything and giving Little Dutch Bites the opportunity to be part of it.

And as if that wasn’t enough for one week, we were also at the annual St Neots Dragon Boat Regatta! 🐉🚣‍♀️ What a fantastic day — great fun, brilliant atmosphere and such a well-organised event. It was lovely to be part of it, even if my poffertjes griddle was working almost as hard as the dragon boat teams! 😂🥞

So, after a whirlwind week, it’s back to my lovely St Neots crowd! ❤️

A little Station Square news… and I’m sorry it’s late! 🙈

Unfortunately, the family calendar has decided to go completely rogue this week! 😂

Between kids’ hospital appointments, A-level results (which of course means UNIVERSITY MADNESS 🤯🎓), and a rather large three-day private corporate event, there simply aren’t enough hours in the day — or enough of me! 😂

So, sadly, Little Dutch Bites won’t be on Station Square this week. 🥞💔

But don’t worry… I won’t disappear for long!

Next Saturday we’ll be down on Regatta Meadow for the Dragon Boat Race 10:00-17:00🚣‍♀️🎉 and we absolutely cannot wait! It was so much fun last year, and we’re really looking forward to bringing the Poffertjes, coffees and Dutch goodness back for another brilliant day.

Then, all being well, I’m aiming to be back on the Square next week — hopefully with the family chaos slightly more under control and plenty of batter ready to go! 😂🥞
