Fresh, vibrant and packed with summer flavour 🌿🍅

Our new focaccia sandwich has arrived: creamy buffalo mozzarella, homemade pesto, Isle of Wight tomatoes and fresh basil, all tucked into soft focaccia and made fresh to order.

Why is our quiche so special? 🥧✨

Last week alone, we baked and sold 30+ quiches for customer orders and our café lunches - and it’s easy to see why they’re so popular.

It all starts with our beautifully crumbly pastry, before being layered generously with Twanger Cheddar, Walter Rose smoked back bacon, and our own homemade onion marmalade. We then pour over a rich, silky custard made with local eggs, cream and milk, creating a quiche that’s absolutely brimming with flavour.

Every layer is carefully thought through, using fantastic local ingredients to make something truly delicious.

Come and grab a slice for lunch and taste the difference for yourself! 🧀🥓🍴

Our griddled honey peach, beetroot & walnut salad is back looking as good as it tastes. Sweet caramelised peaches, earthy beetroot, crunchy walnuts and fresh leaves all brought together with the perfect balance of savoury and sweet.
