The Sixpenny Story

Our site just outside the quaint little village of Cranborne in Dorset consists of our 20BBL Brew house, Tap Room and beer courtyard where you can enjoy a pint with friends or pick up some take-out beer for your evening.

Each one of our beers is crafted using age old methods, using only the finest English malts and hops grown both from the UK and the wider world. We believe that malt is the most crucial part of the brew and all of our styles have a characteristic maltiness that you just won’t find in other beers.

We supply numerous pubs, bars, shops and social clubs in our immediate and wider area of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire with our cask conditioned and bottled ales, all delivered by our own brewery staff who are devoted to ensuring that our service is the best in the business. If you spot Lyall or Henry while they are on their travels, do give them a wave; they will be more than happy to give you their time to answer questions or share their knowledge on brewing.

Demand for Sixpenny Brewery’s Ales of Outstanding Natural Beauty continues to grow. Sixpenny Best, Gold and multi- award winning IPA, are available in bottle and cask in pubs across the East-Dorset area.
