The excitement is real at Lore of the Sky! ✨🌞

Our team recently had the chance to sample Head Chef Chris’s brand-new Summer Menu, and it’s safe to say we were completely inspired. From the very first bite, there was plenty of enthusiastic feedback, happy faces, and lots of discussion about favourite dishes!

Standout starters included the fresh and vibrant Cured Trout with crispy capers and lemon vinaigrette, the irresistible Smoked Brisket Croquettes with celeriac slaw, and the delicious Corn Ribs with ranch dip, coriander and chilli. The Crispy BBQ Seitan Tacos were another huge hit with the team! 🍃

For sharing, the Burrata with panzanella salad was a real crowd-pleaser, while the locally cured meats and smoked Dorset cheddar board had everyone reaching for another slice.
And when it came to mains? The Oklahoma-style Burger was an instant favourite, alongside the comforting Smoked Chicken, Leek & Bacon Pie and the flavour-packed Smoked Link Sausages with creamy mash and Sixpenny ale jus.
A huge thank you to Chris for creating a menu full of incredible seasonal flavours that has us all talking.

We honestly can’t wait for you to try it! 🍽️☀️
