The yummiest, nourishing, whole foods meal coming your way 💚🫘

Save this post for a simple midweek meal for days when you’re looking for something quick and easy 💪✨

Pasta with a creamy bean sauce topped with fajita tempiii bites 🤤

Here’s the recipe 👇👇👇
(roughly because I always whip up things on the spot so feel free to use this as a base and play around with it!!)

-cook up some peas & spinach with some garlic (throw in as much as ya like! I used around 3/4 cup of peas and a couple of handfuls of spinach)

Then add this mixture to a blender with:
• handful of cashews
• tin of butter beans (rinsed)
• extra virgin olive oil (around a tbsp)
• tsp Dijon mustard
• tsp whole grain mustard
• lemon juice (about half a lemon)
• nutritional yeast (2 tbsp)
• handful of parsley
• salt & pepper
• splash of water
(Can sub out the mustard for tbsp of tahini)

Blend the mixture up and coat over pasta of choice! Makes a quite a lot of sauce (probably 2-4 servings depending on your appetite) 😛

And of course finish with whatever toppings take your fancy! Tempiii works nicely, alongside some more parsley, balsamic glaze and sauerkraut for good measure 🙌
