You may have seen the news about a Salmonella outbreak potentially linked to eggs imported into the UK 🥚

We want to reassure our customers that the eggs we sell at Veg Box Fresh are supplied by Country Lane Foods in Liskeard, Cornwall, with fully traceable eggs from UK farms 🇬🇧

The Food Standards Agency has confirmed there is currently no evidence that UK-produced eggs are affected.

Local sourcing matters. Especially at times like this 💚
