It's the RNLI REDCAR ANNUAL FAMILY FLAG DAY BETWEEN 10AM & 4PM THIS SATURDAY AUGUST 23RD.
Please donate in any way you can before, during and after the weekend to SUPPORT THE RNLI, OUR REDCAR LIFEBOATS & VOLUNTEERS OF OVER 200 YEARS STANDING IN THE TOWN 🙏

RNLI FUNDRAISERS LEADING UP TO THE WEEKEND:
FRIDAY AUGUST 22ND
-SaltburnSmugglers are on the top prom at Saltburn 6PM singing their Shanties on the Shore.
-Evening pub collections in Redcar, Marske and Saltburn, you may spot some Smugglers around Saltburn.
REDCAR EVENTS ON RNLI FLAG DAY SATURDAY AUGUST 23RD
-LIFEBOATS will be in place at the top of the lifeboat station slipway and on the High Street with members of the crew in attendance. Bring your friends and family down to learn all about our RNLI lifeboats and volunteers.
-THE MARSKE FISHERMANS CHOIR will be doing 2 shows BETWEEN 1PM & 3PM on the balcony in the Lifeboat Station.
-There will be a LIFEBOAT DEMONSTRATION AT 3PM, including a launch and demo for the crowds.
-In front of the Lifeboat Station there will be gazebos featuring RNLI WATER SAFETY TEAM, EMERGENCY SERVICES, FIRE BRIGADE, CIPHER MEDICAL, REDCAR COASTGUARD. All manned by teams and available to talk to the public and show off what they do.
-visit the LIFEBOAT STATION RNLI SHOP for memorabilia and gifts.
-RNLI DRESS UP CHALLENGE, a chance for public to have a go at dressing in RNLI kit. Fastest time of the day wins a prize.
-BDMLR (BRITISH DIVERS MARINE LIFE RESCUE) stall.
-DARKSIDE DIVING CLUB who are also bringing a FACE PAINTER
-Various stalls on the High St including CLEVELAND POLICE and NHS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS team.
-The REDCAR LIFEBOAT LADIES GUILD will be at MORRISSONS SUPERMARKET with a TOMBOLA.

We are running our prize draw to help raise funds for Redcar RNLI Lifeboat Station as part of our annual fund raising flag day on 23rd Aug.
