This one came from pigs raised with care, not shortcuts. Good feed, daily checks, topped-up wallows, and the sort of work you only do if you know (and love) the animals.

We’re building The Snuffling Pig on that same basis, from field to shop in St Clears.

We've been a little quiet here this week ... and this is why!
We've been busy making 🍔 and 🌭 (and a few other things) for the Milford Waterfront Weekender

ROLL OUT THE BBQ 🔥🔥🔥🔥

A brand new butcher's shop based in St Clears, The Snuffling Pig is owned and run by local farmers and smallholders, bringing quality local produce directly from farm to fork 🥩

They'll be firing up the BBQ with a mouth-watering selection of beef, lamb and pork burgers, alongside gourmet sausages and hot dogs, all showcasing the quality of their locally sourced meat.

They'll also have a chilled counter packed with fresh meats for you to take home!

🔥 Proper ribs, done right from our pigs.

These came from farm-reared pork, cooked low and slow until the meat gives clean off the bone. That’s the difference you taste when you know where the animal came from and how it was raised. 🐖

This is the bit people don’t always see. Looking after pigs properly takes time, care, and a fair few cold (and often wet!) mornings.

We’ll keep sharing the day-to-day from the farm, because that’s where the trust starts.
