Sorry I've not posted on here for such a long time... My new bakery kitchen has been taking up 99% of my time this year... But don't worry I'll be back next year with more chilli recipes and photos... I've only grown 1 chilli plants this year and with not much success either....
Very recently we've lost one of our Hot Chilli, Cold Chilli follower's Lee Skinner, just 2 days ago... Which has hit our chilli growing and produce made very hard.

Hot Chilli, Cold Chilli will be at The Cobbles, Sandbach on the 25th October presenting an 3 course meal all with Chillies. This is a ticketed event, more details to follow next week...
Myself and John will be cooking and talking about chillies and the food... The Cobbles have a few drinks that compliment the food too, which they'll be serving throughout the meal.
Limited tickets, so book as soon as you can...
