Dear Customers,

The shop and restaurant are back open today, and we’d love to welcome you in.

We wanted to say a huge thank you for your understanding following yesterday’s last-minute closure.

The weather conditions were some of the worst we have ever experienced, and after carefully assessing the situation, we simply didn’t feel it was safe to open. The safety of our customers, staff, and everyone travelling to Nunwell has to come first.

If you’re looking for lunch, we’d love to welcome you for a table at the Braai, or pop into the shop to stock up on fresh produce, meat, and ready meals for the week ahead.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and for sticking with us through all the ups and downs of the English weather.

⚠️ Unfortunately, due to the adverse weather conditions and strong winds forecast this evening, we have made the difficult decision to close tonight.

The safety and comfort of our customers and team must come first, and we don’t feel the barn will be a safe or enjoyable place to spend the evening.

We’re open for lunch tomorrow as usual, so if you were planning to join us tonight, please feel free to rebook for tomorrow instead.
