We recently catered for an Open Day across two sites, and receiving this lovely feedback afterwards genuinely meant a lot to us.

For us, great catering isn't only about the food. It’s about understanding what our clients need, communicating clearly, being organised and making sure everything runs smoothly on the day — so they have one less thing to worry about.

✨ A table made for celebrating 70 wonderful years. ✨

There is something so special about creating food that brings people together, especially for such a meaningful milestone.

For this beautiful 70th birthday celebration, we created a grazing table filled with artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, sweet treats and all the little details that make guests keep coming back for "just one more bite." 💛

To make the celebration even sweeter, we also served our homemade cheesecakes and silky lemon possets – the perfect finishing touch to a day full of laughter, memories and love.

✨ A beautiful celebration at ✨

It was a pleasure to cater for this special event with a beautifully presented grazing table, freshly prepared individual salad pots and our handcrafted dessert pots.

Our grazing table was filled with artisan cheeses, premium cured meats, fresh seasonal fruit, Mediterranean antipasti, artisan breads, crackers and homemade accompaniments – creating the perfect centrepiece for guests to enjoy throughout the celebration.

Alongside the grazing table, guests were treated to a selection of our freshly made salad pots and delicious dessert pots, adding a fresh and elegant touch to the menu.

At One Bite Bliss, we believe every event deserves food that not only tastes incredible but also brings people together and creates lasting memories.

✨ Another beautiful celebration catered by One Bite Bliss! ✨

What a wonderful evening celebrating a special birthday with family and friends! 🎉💛

For this event, we created a relaxed buffet full of fresh, handcrafted bites, giving guests plenty of choice while enjoying the celebrations.

Our menu included:

🥪 Freshly prepared vegan wraps
🥗 Individual salad pots
🍔 Mini cheeseburgers
🍗 Crispy chicken bites
🍤 King prawns served with mango salsa (absolute showstopper 🙈)
🧀 Vegetarian sharing platters

💛 Some events are about more than just food.

We recently had the privilege of joining Hestia's Summer Hestival, a wonderful community celebration filled with laughter, music, activities and, of course, plenty of sweet treats.

does incredible work, supporting adults and children who have experienced crisis and trauma, including people affected by homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health challenges, modern slavery and young people rebuilding their lives. Their services help people find safety, hope and a sense of belonging.

It was heartwarming to see so many people from different backgrounds coming together to enjoy the day, sharing smiles, conversations and moments of happiness.

Our One Bite Bliss Cheesecake Cart was busy throughout the afternoon, serving freshly prepared cheesecakes with everyone's favourite toppings. Seeing faces light up as guests created their own desserts was a lovely reminder that sometimes the smallest things can bring the biggest smiles.

A huge thank you to the Hestia team for inviting us to be part of such a meaningful event. It was a genuine pleasure to contribute, even in a small way, to a day dedicated to bringing the community together.

✨ What an incredible weekend!

Last weekend, we had the privilege of catering a two-day corporate event for , helping to celebrate the launch of one of their latest developments.

From handcrafted canapés and grazing tables to our signature dessert carts, it was a weekend full of early starts, long days, plenty of preparation and, most importantly, happy guests.

Receiving such wonderful feedback from the Berkeley team meant the world to us. Hearing guests tell us they had tried everything and loved it all made every hour of hard work worthwhile.

A huge thank you to the entire Berkeley team for placing your trust in One Bite Bliss. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you, and we hope this is the first of many events together.
