Hey lovely people, long time since I've posted here so I am not sure how many folk will see this. We have a small selection of chocolate available. There's also some delicious caramelised white chocolate and sea salt bars and some candied orange zest dipped in dark chocolate. Give me a shout if you'd like anything

One of two cakes out the door this week, this one was fun. I do love a chance to throw colours at a cake, it's very liberating! 6 inch vanilla sponge, vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and homemade strawberry jam, you can't beat a classic 😉

Ps there's a whole host of sweets inside that chocolate PS controller for an added bit of fun.

I'm so sorry I forget to take photos and update here but I am still taking a few orders on that I can fit in around the cafe. There's lots to do this winter and some new concepts brewing for 2025

I know I'm very MIA on social media with Fyanna at the moment but I promise, I'm busy working away behind the scenes. As well as refilling the fridge at the cafe daily. A wee snap shot of my evening the next few nights...some gorgeous wedding favours 💞

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house
No mixer was mixing, not even an ounce!
Doughs were all proved, then shaped with care
Baked in the oven 'til golden, just there.
The dishes are done, all put away
Just mince pies and cocoa, await Santie and his sleigh
The bakers done baking, for now off to bed
Happy Christmas to all and all a good night!

Hello, sorry I've been quite for a wee while it's been a crazy month again!

I was honoured to make this wedding cake for a friend of mine mid September as she married on a beautiful sunny September day in Caithness.

I was given total creative freedom by the most relaxed bride ever. All I got was a colour scheme and autumnal vibe, a few photos then left to my own devices with the words "I want you to amaze me and just go for it!!! What ever you want. Have fun and make it look incredible."

Sarah and Richard thank you for inviting us we had a blast. I love how it turned out I hope you all do too

Sorry I've been a little quiet recently, it's been a crazy summer!

Last weekend I was given the honour of creating a gorgeous sage wedding cake, with 3 delicious flavours: Strawberry & White Chocolate, Lemon & Poppy Seed and Carrot cake. The flowers were provided by the lovely bride who was amazingly relaxed about the whole thing!

This monstrous roll of stickers has finally arrived, just in time for me to spend tonight labeling some packaging for next week! Tall Ships events are getting closer and it seems a little scary at this point but that's all part of the fun!
