It's that time of year again! These Worcester Pearmain and Discovery apples are going in to a blend for our signature apple juice. It will be ready for sale on Saturday (£4). It is producing a lovely rosy-coloured juice and the flavour is superb, thanks to all the sun & warm weather we've had. We'll save a jug for the children to enjoy after their first day at school. It's a big day for our family: the big one started secondary school and the littlest one started primary school with her other two brothers. I can't believe how quickly it has all happened!
