Roll with the Punches Float with the Breeze
Plan…replan…adapt…go with the flow…plan again..,
The story of my life! The past 8 months has certainly tested our tenacity thats for sure, We went from the little burger shed at the Scarinish, to feeding the locals over winter at An Talla, to getting a container (to open a new takeaway) to running the hotel.
Myself Stephen and Alex had plans and we changed our name to Nomad, which now turns out to be quite fitting!
As always do we just love to feed people, its our way of sharing love, taking over the hotel wasnt planned but we accepted the challenge, and wants to give it all of our attention, so we have to put the container on the back burner for awhile
But the food at the hotel is still us, the friendly service, its still us, and yes you can still grab a takeaway or just come along for a chat.
We could not have come this far without such amazing support from Tiree locals, but also all of the online support from previous customers/friends
We hope to keep giving and sharing and are truly blessed to still be here after 4 years.
