The magical Isle of Raasay lies off the West coast of Scotland in the Inner Hebrides, separated from the Isle of Skye by a short 25 minute ferry journey. Experience at first hand our exciting journey from revitalising a landmark island building, to harvesting the first Raasay barley for a generation, and handcrafting the first legal Isle of Raasay Single Malt and Isle of Raasay Gin in history.

Meet The Full Monti. Packed with the nutty, caramel notes of Spanish Amontillado sherry casks and bottled at 100 Proof (57.1% ABV) for full flavour. Made with completely unpeated spirit. There was really only one name for it.

A global release of just 5,000 bottles, with a limited number available on our UK website from today.
