Direct from our Seaford copper pot still to the glass, the full Prohibition Rum family in one frame.

When we set out to craft English rum on the Sussex coast, we didn't take shortcuts with industrial neutral spirit. Every drop across our Prohibition range begins from raw molasses, double pot-distilled and softened with natural, chalk-filtered water beneath the South Downs.

Six distinct bottles, zero compromises:

Smugglers Cut (57% ABV): Unapologetic Navy Strength. Charred oak, molasses, and bold coastal spice.
English Spiced (Silver Award): Warm cinnamon, nutmeg, and fresh citrus peel.

Our limited-batch Cherry Brandy Liqueur (29% ABV) has returned,and if you know how we make this, you know why it never stays in stock for long.

Unlike mass-produced liqueurs that rely on artificial extracts or simply steep cherries in neutral spirit, ours begins with the raw fruit. We source succulent, locally grown Sussex cherries, fermenting and distilling them right here in Seaford.
The result is a genuine, artisan cherry spirit:
