🍛 Creamy High Protein Chicken & Spinach Curry 🌿💪
Packed with 39.5g protein per serving, this curry is creamy, comforting, and super satisfying! Perfect for a quick, nutritious dinner.

Ingredients:
300g chicken breast, diced
250ml SuperNutrio Whole Milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
100g fresh spinach
2 tsp curry powder
100g basmati rice, cooked
Fresh coriander to serve
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
1️⃣ Fry onion, garlic & ginger paste in oil until soft & aromatic.
2️⃣ Add curry powder and stir to bloom the flavours.
3️⃣ Add chicken, cook until browned, then set aside.
4️⃣ Blend chopped tomatoes until smooth, stir in SuperNutrio Whole Milk & extra curry powder, season with salt & pepper, and simmer until slightly thickened.
5️⃣ Mix in tomato puree and wilt in spinach, then return chicken to the sauce.
6️⃣ Serve over hot basmati rice and garnish with fresh coriander. Enjoy! 🌟
