We’re a small, truly independent Selby business that’s been proudly serving and supporting our local community for 6 years.

Hell yeah!!!! Our Delia Smith Classic Christmas Cake Boxes are BACK and orders are now open! 🍰🎅

We’ve taken care of all the faff:

🥃 Fruit pre-soaked in brandy
⚖️ All your dry ingredients pre-weighed
🌍 Plastic-free packaging
👩‍🍳 You just add the wet ingredients, mix and bake!

No buying big bags of ingredients for the tiny amount you need. No weighing everything individually. And, most importantly, no forgetting to soak the fruit! 😂

You still get the satisfaction (and amazing smell!) of baking a proper homemade Delia Smith Classic Christmas Cake , we’ve just made it much easier.

This one’s a good oil.

We've seen lots of noise on social media recently about seed oils and their effect on your health. To try and explain some common misconceptions, we wanted to re share our blog post about what's actually in our Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil.

Our oil is cold-pressed, meaning it isn't processed with hexane or any other additives. This also means the oil keeps all it's Omega-3s and Vitamin E, and with lower levels of saturated fats, it's a healthier alternative to other highly processed cooking oils.
