📣 New B**r Alert! 📣

Our brand new ‘Old Ale’, Henry the Thirst is named to mark the connection of our historic town of Selby to the birth of Henry the 1st Beauclerc.

There’s a wonderful plaque provided by Selby Civic Society on the railing of Selby Abbey explaining some the provenance of this connection, (see photo)

Our delicious Old Ale is dark and smooth with a pleasant malty bitterness and notes of warming dried dark fruits.

Celebrate our history in the best way……by drinking a pint of top quality, locally brewed Old Ale! 🍻

The result was extremely close between these three, but Hoptical Illusion just beat out the other two... An impressive feat, and goes to show why this breakout hit was the first to be tapped completely dry by the end of the first night! 🌙

All three b**rs are guaranteed to return at next year’s SeptemberFest B**r Festival, with the winner taking pride of place (and we promise its popularity won't catch us off-guard this time!) 🙏
