Such a lovely wedding yesterday in Frittenden for Jane & Stuart. The sun shone all day long with a glorious sunset to end the perfect day. No time as always for the pea soup and main shots as getting 100 plates and bowls out is always a feat! The cakes were all made by friends and we sliced them up and served with cream & berries. Thank you to my team as always for such hard work and always keeping a smile on their faces ⭐️

Dauphinios galore today as part of our Wedding Preparations. Thank you to my sous chefs for all the chopping, clearing, boxing up, labelling, washing up and general positive vibes in the kitchen, makes the long hours standing so much more fun!! The bride loves cheese so she asked for extra Gruyère! They smelt Devine and a sneaky slither from the edge .. rich & delicious..

Delivery this evening to the lovely Julien and his talented group of actors back at the Quadrangle in Shoreham. I’ve not been here before so it was great to see where my clients have been enjoying my dishes in between acts for their latest play in London. Now their 4th time in having ET to cater From Curry to Quiche, salads & plenty of vegetables, the dishes offer substance and wholesome, healthy ingredients to keep the energy levels up.

It was great to be back at the cathedral on Saturday night. My fabulous hard working Full team of 10 on board to transform the crypt into a romantic & beautiful setting for J&S to celebrate their marriage with friends and family. A full Buffet for 100 lovely people giving guests a great choice of delicious dishes cooked with love 🧡 The cakes were brought in by friends and were devoured.. thank you for having us back 🍴
