🎄 New Single Origin for the Season — Guatemala Las Moritas 🎄

We’re excited to share our latest single origin: Guatemala – Las Moritas, grown by Don Higinio and Doña Aura, who purchased their first small plot back in 1988 and named it San José Las Moritas.
Before coffee took root here, the land grew tomatoes, beans, potatoes and corn — Las Moritas became the foundation for the many farms they went on to build.

Tasting Notes:

🍊 Grapefruit
🍇 Raspberry

Espresso Recipe:
18g in → 36g out → 28 seconds

Filter Recipe:
55–65g coffee per litre of water

Invicta, Ruskin and Kropp — each named after Sheffield’s cut-throat razor makers, a nod to the craftsmanship that inspires everything we roast.

Invicta brings depth and chocolatey sweetness.
Ruskin leans lighter, soft and clean.
Kropp lifts the cup with bright citrus clarity.

We also roast Trinity, our decaf blend — sweet, smooth, with a gentle cocoa finish — along with a rotating line-up of single origins for those who like to explore.
