Marathon cake baking session today, cake num 10 finally in the oven… baking since 9am and still going.. I will remind myself why I love cake decorating when this cake is assembled next Saturday for the special day! 💒👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻

Another bespoke cake, lemon drizzle sponge, filled with American lemon butter cream made with double cream and a thick layer of gorgeous lemon curd and fresh lemon zest! Happy birthday to Luke, a Steelers fan and a lemon cake fan too!

This weeks little project. Three layers of Victoria sponge, American vanilla butter cream and strawberry jam… not made a Minnie before but loved how she’s turned out, and the birthday girl loved her cake too 💗 xx

A happy 40th birthday to Sarah! Apple and Cinnamon cake with American vanilla butter cream (has double cream in it 😋). A sneaky drizzle of butter, cinnamon and brown sugar glaze in between the layers 🎂
