Filled Foccacia!
Today's beautiful Garlic and Chedder Sourdough Foccacia from the amazing Bramblebeck Farm was filled with Garlic and Herbs, topped with Bolognaise in a Rich Tomato Sauce, Covered in Mozarella and Chedder Cheese, with Spinach and chopped Pepperoni. The lid topped with Sliced Fresh Tomatoes and Parmesan Cheese.

Tomorrow's Special Foccacia, will be a Creamy Garlic Chicken and Mushrooms. I'll post the pictures when I make it tomorrow. X

Well This Thursday is 5 Years Since We Opened at Fox Valley and We Should Have Been Celebrating with Cake! But Because of The Extreme Temperatures in The Cabin We Will Unfortunately Not Be Open Thursday and We'll Be Monitoring it For Friday. Sorry For any Inconvenience again. These Decisions are Not Made Lightly, But it is Important to Have a Safe Working environment. Many thanks for your understanding.

Great News!! We now have a 3hour Parking Validation QR code at Sarahs snacks so now you can enjoy a drink and a bite to eat,enjoy time with friends and family,then go shopping.

Anyway this was the actual Bolognaise Bliss Bowl we tried today. Garlic infused Sourdough from Bramblebeck Farm with Melted Cheese, filled with homemade Bolognaise and Garlic Croutons and a Cheese topped lid.
Definitely one to share, two different sizes available . Because these take a while to prepare the amount we can make is limited, so where possible please pre-order so your not disappointed.SarValleSarah's at Fox Valley
