One of the best things about summer at the Yardarm? That glorious afternoon sun. ☀️

Our terrace gets the sunshine from around 3pm right through to 9pm at the height of summer, with the sun dropping perfectly between the buildings across the road. 🍻

And if it’s too hot out there today, we’ve got you covered — aircon blasting inside and plenty of cold drinks waiting. 😎

BEER FEST 2026! What. A. Weekend. 🍺☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Abbeydale Road Beer Festival another one to remember.

To the organisers Abbeydale Road Beer Festival , volunteers, stewards, brewers, bartenders, and of course everyone who came out to drink, explore, and support the incredible independent venues along Abbeydale Road – we couldn’t do it without you.

Four days of amazing beer, great music, sunshine, plenty of laughs, and even better company. It’s weekends like this that remind us what a brilliant community we’ve got.

Already counting down the days until 2027! 🍻❤️

ABBEYDALE ROAD BEER FESTIVAL IS HERE! 🍺

🗓️ 30th July – 2nd August

Day one… let’s do this! 🙌

We’re kicking things off with some incredible beers on tap from DEYA Brewery and Track Brewing Co , and we can’t wait to be pouring these throughout the North vs South Abbeydale Road Beer Festival

Make sure you pick up a Beer Festival stamp booklet from any participating venue. Collect every stamp and you’ll be able to swap it for a limited edition MILA K poster. 🎨

🎉 IT’S OUR 4TH BIRTHDAY! 🥳

Four years ago today, we officially opened our doors — and what a four years it’s been!

It’s been one hell of a journey, and we’re incredibly grateful to every single person who has been part of it along the way. ❤️

A special shoutout to all our regulars who keep us going, bring the good vibes and make Over The Yardarm such a brilliant place to be. You know who you are. 😘

We’re also so proud to be part of the amazing community here on Abbeydale Road. There are so many brilliant independent businesses around us, and we can’t wait to keep working together to bring you more beer & music festivals and good times in the years ahead. 🎶🍺
