The kids are back to school & the weather is cooler; time for some quality, comfort food & cosy vibes at WIld Loaves 😋

Loaf of the Week: Dark Chocolate & Cherry 🍒🍫
Not too sweet, but wonderfully rich and luxurious.

New this week:
✨️Millionaire Shortbread✨️
Layers of buttery shortbread, caramel and chocolate. These will be becoming a regular tray bake.

We also have focaccia slices in a variety of flavours, including chilli & cheddar and feta, sun-dried tomato & red onion. Full focaccia are also available to buy.

Alongside our usual selection of freshly baked sourdough and treats, this week’s cakes include:

An incredible day of love, connection, relaxation & learning ✨️❤️🙏🏼🪷

Thankyou to my 3 co-facilitators Alicia Vedio , Sarah and Jo for their beautiful wisdom.

Thankyou to our magical participants who's energy & presence made the day so beautiful.

We raised £400 for Roundabout Homeless charity. Please check out this local charity- their work is inspiring.

Thank you also to Adam Moore , the love of my life for preparing the space and providing the lunch and amusing our 3 children while mummy did her 'thing' and generally being my rock.

At WIld Loaves , community and wellness is important as well as giving back to those who are facing challenging circumstances. Ypu really never know when life will deal ypu a tricky hand; so we want to be as kind and welcoming as possible to our customers as well as donating through creative means when possible.

We will be hosting more wellbeing events so watch this space ❤️🙏🏼🪷✨️

🍞 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗛 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗔𝗬 🍞

After a little break away, we’ve only had fresh bread in the bakery today and tomorrow — and today we’re completely SOLD OUT!
So if you’re after a loaf tomorrow, make sure you get yourself down early… although there’s plenty of opportunity throughout the morning.
Our fresh sourdough is available Wednesday to Saturday, and this is how it works:

🔥 Fresh, warm sourdough comes out of the oven from 9am, with a new batch approximately every 45 minutes until around 1–2pm.
So you can pop in at any point during the morning and have a good chance of picking up a freshly baked loaf — still warm from the oven.

This week’s Loaf of the Week is one of our favourites — and we know it’s a favourite with many of you too:
🍅🧀 Sun-dried Tomato, Cheddar & Oregano

We’ll have plenty available tomorrow.
And for something sweet, we’ll also have our vegan sponge cakes:

🍫 Chocolate & Raspberry

All our bread is made using organic flour and quality seeds, and is naturally fermented for 24 hours before being baked fresh here at Wild Loaves.

Roundabout Homeless charity support young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. We at wild loaves wish to serve this charity while also offering something that will support the physical, mental and emotional health of local women 🙏🏼💕🪷

🌿 WILD & WELL – Women’s Wellness Day Retreat 🌿

The lovely café and bakery, WIld Loaves in Meersbrook is hosting a special day of rest, reconnection, creativity and joy, with their retreat day with all proceeds supporting Roundabout.

Alongside a delicious lunch of sourdough focaccia sandwiches, snacks, vegan cake and herbal teas, you’ll enjoy a beautiful mix of activities, including gentle yoga and Qi Gong, astrology, earth songs and a wild medicine herbal tea circle.

Quick reminder! 🥯

Tomorrow is the fourth Sunday of the month, which means it’s our Charity Bagel Day!

Jonny will be here making fresh bagels and challah bread, and we’ll also have our frozen sourdough loaves available. All proceeds go to Sheffield Palestine Cultural Exchange (SPaCE).

We’re open 9am–3pm at 1 Lees Hall Avenue, S8 9JE.

Get here early if you don’t want to miss out — they usually fly out!

We will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday next week for a short family getaway before the kids are back to school!

We'll be back open on Thursday 27th with Fresh Sourdough loaves available from Friday.
