Got quite a bit more to do but we're getting there 💚

So excited to open my doors to everyone! Hopefully we're on track to open in just under 2 weeks!!

So very grateful to all the help & favours people have done for me. It has been alot harder than I originally thought it was gonna be! Everything has been taken out & replaced. I've kept some little bits from the old setup(I do have my reasons🤣)

New floors in the back Monday & windows sorted then it can all be brought up to scratch! My house looks like a warehouse with all the boxes waiting to go up 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm working as hard as I can possibly work to get it moving 🤣🤣👌👌

Just putting this out there ...

I have had people ask me why I'm not batch making Matcha & the answer, to put it simply is because ...

#1 - It oxidises really quick, making it lose it's beautiful colour & become dull 😔

#2 - It can become more bitter! I have spent a lot of hours researching different cultivars & finding one that is creamy & sweet. I do not want to jeopardise this so I will be making each drink to order ... FRESH! 🍵

I want to give everyone decent, quality Matcha & as authentic as I can possibly make it.

I will have signs in place to let people know how it's made & hopefully you'll stick around & try it 🥰

Thankyou to everyone for your support so far. I appreciate it more than any of you will ever know!
