It all started in 2012 with a group of students entering a competition to design a great beer. 114 represents the first generation of Uni of Sheffield's students, back in 1905 - our past and heritage.

114 is a blonde smooth beer, with a slight taste of organic honey taken from the Uni's beehives. The taste of honey represents our commitment and support towards the local environment. "As we all kn

ow" the white rose of York has been with us before the legend of the 114 even existed. It is our duty to safeguard it, as it is to keep the legend alive...
