🔹 Legionella Risk Assessors

🔹 Water Treatment & Hygiene Engineers

🔹 Plumbers / Water System Engineers

🔹 Role Descriptions

1️⃣ Legionella Risk Assessor

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, and BS8580-1
• Inspect cold water storage tanks, hot water systems, plant rooms, and water features
• Identify non-compliances, system deficiencies, and remedial actions
• Produce clear, accurate written reports using digital reporting tools
• Communicate findings to clients and recommend control strategies
• Support clients in achieving compliance with LCA, UKAS and industry standards

Ideal Candidate:
• At least 5 years’ experience conducting Legionella risk assessments
• Strong technical understanding of water systems
• Excellent reporting and communication skills

2️⃣ Water Treatment & Hygiene Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, flushing, and showerhead descales
• Carry out chlorination/disinfection of domestic and cold water systems
• Collect water samples (microbiological & Legionella) following BS7592
• Conduct closed system testing including inhibitor levels, glycol checks and dosing
• Complete water hygiene logbooks, digital reports, and client updates
• Provide on-site support for remedial works as required

Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in water hygiene or water treatment engineering
• Confident working independently at client sites
• Good understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG274 compliance

3️⃣ Plumber / Water System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out remedial plumbing works identified during risk assessments or inspections
• Install/replace pipework, valves, TMVs, RPZ valves, tap mixers, ball valves, expansion vessels etc.
• Undertake hot & cold water system upgrades and minor plant replacements
• Assist with system chlorinations, commissioning and modifications
• Ensure all works comply with Water Regulations (WRAS) and industry best practice
• Provide technical support to engineers and clients

Ideal Candidate:
• Level 2/3 plumbing qualification or equivalent
• Strong background in commercial and domestic water systems
• Experience working within the Legionella compliance industry (preferred)

💼 General Requirements (All Roles)
• Ideally 5 years’ industry experience
• Clean UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team

We are looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team, focusing exclusively on cleaning and disinfection works across the UK. This includes:

✅ Showerhead & Hose Disinfection
✅ Cold Water Storage Tank Cleaning & Disinfection
✅ Other Essential Water Hygiene Services

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Previous experience in Legionella compliance or water hygiene preferred but not essential – full training provided
🔹 Knowledge of ACoP L8/HSG 274 is beneficial

Your Role

As a Water Hygiene Engineer, you will:
