👏 Leroy Unwin – Promoted to Engineering Manager

Leroy has continually demonstrated outstanding leadership, professionalism and dedication to both our customers and our engineering team. His technical knowledge, calm approach and willingness to support others have made him an invaluable member of the business.

As we continue to grow, we are pleased to appoint Leroy Unwin as Engineering Manager. This promotion recognises the significant contribution he has already made and reflects the confidence we have in his ability to help lead our engineering division into the future.

👏 Ryan Dean – Promoted to Engineering Supervisor

Ryan has shown exceptional commitment, reliability and a genuine desire to help both the business and his colleagues succeed. His positive attitude, leadership qualities and high standards have earned the respect of everyone around him.

We are therefore delighted to promote Ryan Dean to Engineering Supervisor, where he will play a key role in supporting our Engineering Managers, mentoring our engineers and maintaining the exceptionally high standards that Sci-Tech is known for.
