Look who’s coming to Sheffield Markets!

You’ll soon be able to spot seven lion cubs at Moor Market and two at Crystal Peaks as part of the Pride of Yorkshire Sculpture Trail.

The free trail runs from 8 June to 7 September and celebrates 150 years of Sheffield Children’s Hospital.

Art, talent and community pride were on show at Moor Market on Friday.

The Chance to Choose Art Gallery showcased incredible artwork from people with learning disabilities. The art was creative, inspiring and full of talent.

Here’s a moment with some of the judges and one of the winners. A real celebration of our community, and something to be proud of.

A brilliant community art event lands at Moor Market tomorrow, Friday 29 May.

A group of people with learning disabilities have created a collection of artwork and are excited to share it with the public.

This is your chance to see a wide range of colourful, thoughtful and creative pieces, all made with care and imagination.

Take your time to look around, enjoy the display, and celebrate the artists.

The event will include a Best Artist award at 11am, as well as drop-in art activities for children to get involved and create their own pieces to take home.
Bring your friends and family along and support something special.
