Razor Sharp did an excellent job sharpening Island Chef’s knives. Their team is genuinely friendly, easy to work with, and handled everything in a timely manner. A little taste of Jamaica in every bottle! 🇯🇲

That deep red colour, sweet fruity flavour and ginger kick make Jamaican sorrel something special. 😍

🌺 Did you know? Jamaican sorrel is made from hibiscus (roselle). The red, fleshy calyces around the flower are used to make the drink — it’s different from the leafy sorrel herb you may know from cooking.

🎄 A traditional Jamaican favourite, especially around Christmas
🫚 Traditionally made with ginger, pimento and warming spices
🌍 Hibiscus drinks are enjoyed all over the world, including bissap in West Africa and zobo in Nigeria
