Owned by Mark and Andrea, we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality ingredients we can get our hands on and creating a range of high quality beers that can be purchased on handpull from our two Sheffield tap rooms and in bottles from some of the country's best craft ale retailers. Our brewery dream started back in 2012, with a
desire to make a product and with plenty of experience in retail and hospitality, Mark and his son Matt acquired the Fox and Duck pub from Sheffield students' union as a start point in our dream to owning a brewery. With a strong involvement in the Sheffield student community another site was a natural progression in 2014 and The Doctors Orders was born and in 2015 we finally built our brewhouse in a shell warehouse unit on the outskirts of the famous Kelham Island brewing area. Here in 2021, Covid has been a really difficult challenge for ourselves but we've got through by stepping away from the tap rooms and focusing on brewing at our brew house in Neepsend Sheffield, with our 440ml canned products now available and the return of pubs, we're back in full swing making casks, keep an eye out for a Little Critter in a venue near you or order online delivered to your house from our website!
