🌸 The Delicious Elderflower Liqueur 🌸
We launched our elderflower liqueur in 2013.
At the time, only a few regional distillers were offering this specialty, but within just over a decade, elderflower has become a true staple of the bar world! ✨
🍸 Our liqueur is crafted from a maceration of elderflowers, enhanced with a secret aromatic blend that gives it unmatched finesse and complexity.
Today, it is used in iconic cocktails such as the Hugo Spritz — a bar classic that easily rivals the traditional Spritz.
🍾 Our Dijon recommendation: we suggest making this cocktail with a Crémant de Bourgogne (from 😉) rather than a Prosecco.
Add sparkling water, a few mint leaves, or slices of lime… and it’s ready! 😋
💡 If cocktails aren’t your thing, you can also enjoy our liqueur on its own (preferably over ice!), as a digestif after a meal, or simply topped with sparkling water for a delicate, low-alcohol drink.
