Every week, we take delivery of fresh heifer sirloins on the bone. While they look fantastic when they arrive, we believe great steak is worth waiting for.

That’s why we never sell them until they’ve been matured for at least 21 days. During the ageing process, natural enzymes gently break down the muscle fibres, creating a more tender steak while allowing the rich, beefy flavour to develop.

It’s all part of making sure that when our sirloins reach the counter, they’re packed with flavour, beautifully tender, and ready to enjoy. These are just a few of what we’ve had delivered.
