When we opened our small restaurant as part of our hospitality training programme, we honestly didn’t know what to expect.

It’s a huge boost for the whole team and especially for our trainees, who are learning, growing, and putting their passion into every service.

From training programmes for people who found main stream education wasn't for them to social mobility workshops for local schools, Dinner Club has been created to empower and inspire.

Our evening menus take inspiration from the best meat, fish, sea food and vegetables from our shores and pair them with spice combinations from around the world.
