As 2025 winds down, I’m feeling quietly grateful for choosing a slower, more mindful rhythm this year. Running my home-based Indian food business in Shenfield, Essex has been a journey of learning, refining, and staying true to what I love, cooking honest, high-quality food and sharing it with people who truly appreciate it.

Truly grateful🙏🏽 This year was about picking up new skills, reflecting more, connecting with inspiring people, and knowing when to pause. I made time to travel with family, be present, and also focussed on managing my dog’s 🐾 food allergies in a holistic way, reminded me how personal and powerful food really is.

Thank you to everyone who supported, ordered, shared kind words, and trusted my kitchen. It means more than you know❤️
