🫐 It’s Blackberry season 💜

Wild blackberries are in season, and it’s never long enough! Why not head out with family or friends, pick your own, and turn them into a delicious homemade treat? 🌿

A super easy & delicious blackberry galette:
🥧 Roll out a sheet of shortcrust pastry.
🫐 Scatter over plenty of fresh blackberries (just give them a quick rinse and pat them dry first).
✨ Sprinkle generously with sugar.
🔥 Bake until the pastry is crisp and golden, while the blackberries are soft and juicy - but not fully turned into jam!
🧀 Once cooled slightly, finish with generous dollops of Paysan Breton Luxurious Cream Cheese for a deliciously creamy contrast.
