🥚 Happy National Egg Day! 🥚

Simple yet endlessly versatile, eggs are one of the most beloved ingredients in the kitchen, perfect for everyday cooking and impressive entertaining alike.

To celebrate, we’re giving a French classic a deliciously creamy twist – Les Œufs Mimosa (French-style deviled eggs)🇫🇷🔵⚪🔴

Not only are they delicious and elegant, they’re also super easy to make:

🥚 Boil your eggs and allow them to cool.
🔪 Cut them in half and carefully separate the yolks from the whites.
🧀 Mash the yolks with a spoonful of Paysan Breton Luxurious Cream Cheese French Sea Salt, a dash of mustard, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
✨ Pipe the mixture back into the egg whites and finish with a sprinkle of chives.

Hello June ☀️

Longer days and warmer temperatures finally allow us to enjoy outdoor picnics, with fresh bread or bagels, crunchy vegetables, and light summer salads ✨

And, knowing our Luxurious Cream Cheese is produced in Brittany, we do have a soft spot for seaside picnics and slow summer moments by the water 🌊 if you’re lucky enough… Although it’s just as delicious wherever you choose to enjoy it.
