Weâre delighted to welcome a new trader to our Shepton Sunday Market on 28th June: Tom from .
Tom makes small-batch fermented foods, including kimchi, sauerkraut and hot sauce, with a focus on flavour, seasonality and provenance. Having recently relocated from Suffolk to the South West, heâs bringing his passion for traditional food preservation and local food systems with him.
As a member of the , Tom cares deeply about where our food comes from, our connection to the land and supporting resilient local food networks. Over the coming months, heâs hoping to develop seasonal ferments using locally grown vegetables, making each batch a reflection of the landscape around us. We canât wait to watch the business grow.
