☕ Got here bright and early for the setup this morning and to grab a cuppa and head over to Sean the Chef for a little treat -cheesecake! His cheesecake pots come in four delicious flavours. They’re tucked away, so just ask Sean!

Amanda Ambles brought some dragon pins and many new things. Harts Natural Seafoods Ltd. the freshest fish as always. Brown & Daughters Fruit & Veg Stalls had exquisite strawberries and raspberries along with many other vegetables. Fuzzypig Farm has new jam flavours! The Olive Pit had their weekly super olive selection. So much to see and buy! Open until 1.00pm

Looking for buskers for Shepton Mallet Friday Market.
We currently have three Fridays available (6, 13 & 27 Nov). We offer compensation for a two-hour set, plus you keep any takings you make on the day.

We’d ideally like the performance to be acoustic, but amplifiers are fine as long as they’re kept at a low volume.

🚗 FRIDAY MARKET – VEHICLE REMINDER 🚗

A little reminder to anyone parking on the High Street that the road is closed every Friday from 6am for the Friday Market.

Please ensure that all vehicles are removed from the High Street before 6am on Fridays so that the market can be set up safely and the road remains clear.

Unfortunately, vehicles left on the High Street have prevented the recycling collection lorry from getting through this morning. More importantly, it is essential that access is maintained for emergency services should they need to attend the area. 🚒🚑🚓

If you own one of the vehicles currently parked on the High Street, please arrange for it to be removed as soon as possible.

We’d really appreciate everyone’s help in keeping the High Street clear on Friday mornings and avoiding any disruption to the market, waste collections and essential access.
