🍎🍐 AFRUITEMATION OF THE WEEK! 🍋🍊

Today’s affirmation is all about cleansing, releasing… and NOT letting anyone undo your hard work! 😂🧽

Archie has escaped to Reading Festival for a couple of days, so I’m covering his shift — which apparently means I’ve decided to spend my Sunday giving the shop floor the full deep-steam-clean treatment!

So, repeat after me…

🍎 I am clean.
🍐 I am fresh.
🍋 I am releasing the dirt of yesterday.
🧽 And if you walk across my wet floor…

I WILL RELEASE YOU. 😂😂

Sometimes self-care is meditation.
Sometimes it’s a steam mop and a very strong sense of ownership over your freshly cleaned floor. 🤣

🍌 AFRUITMATION OF THE WEEK! 🍌

Well, better late than never… 😂

I finally got around to filming this week’s Afruitmation, despite the small matter of being on holiday, drinking cocktails and spending a frankly unreasonable amount of time horizontal on a sun lounger. 🍹☀️🤣

But I couldn’t resist when I discovered these bananas growing right here in the resort!

So this week’s Afruitmation comes to you direct from sunny España… 🇪🇸🍌

A little reminder that we’re all works in progress… some of us just happen to be yellow, slightly curved and growing in bunches. 🍌
