We have just prepared our largest order of chilli to-date. Around 6000 habanero peppers mashed and fermenting.
I'll be honest, this was painful. But it's absolutely worth it. This will make some of the most delicious sauce on the planet.
Some stats: 5 hours to destalk, 6 kegs filled, 300,000 Scoville units, 80kg of chilli, 3 very tired peeps. 😴
