Fantastic start to the fallow season for us. Bigger orders now being taken for steaks, diced, mince, loin, burgers and of course our regular selection of sausages!

We took the young apprentice out for a late one as school is out for the summer so he could get a feel for summer stalking hours…..sleep ins all round and a slow Sunday ahead 🥳

We are back at the Game Fair with Game Larder doing daily butchery demonstrations show casing the best Italmodular, Landig and La.va kit we know!

1000hrs - Skinning and primals demo
1200hrs - Haunches, loins and diced demo
1430hrs - Mincing, sausage stuffing and vacuum packing demo

It’s tenderloin time here at AGM HQ! We have very limited burgers and sausage availability if you are planning a summer BBQ this weekend…..we expect to be sold out again by the end of the weekend so shout now if you want anything putting by!

Meanwhile Mr AGM is bracing himself to take not one but two trainees out stalking in the heat this weekend. Education is always our priority!
